Construction Line Membership Achieved
Thornley & Lumb have recently completed Membership of Construction Line having completed and passed the required Pre-qualification.Display Energy Certificates
The revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, due to come into effect in December 2010, will require the production of a Display Energy Certificates (and Advisory Report) for all public buildings over 250m2, a significant progression from buildings over 1000m2Posted - 22/10/09
EPC Assessments in Scotland
The production of EPC's in Scotland is monitored separately to England & Wales and all Energy Assessors are required to obtain separate accreditation. Thornley & Lumb have achieved accreditation through CIBSE Scotland to undertake EPC Assessments in this region.Posted - 29/06/09
