The success of our M&E consultancy business
is based on flexibility, teamwork and professionalism.
We are a mid sized mechanical and electrical engineering
consultancy, specialising in contracts up to £7.5m
M&E value. Our staff of 18 people includes 13 engineers.
This establishment enables us to keep strict control
of our overhead costs, representing excellent value
for money to our clients. It also ensures that we are
able to combine the precise skills sets required for
the optimal performance of each consultancy assignment.
Our management style is open, emphasising teamwork,
operational flexibility and pooled contributions, focused
on providing the ideal solutions to our clients.
We have a very hands-on approach to design, with directors
actively involved in every consultancy project.
We operate a short reporting structure, with individual
engineers given considerable scope for initiative.
Our engineers come from both design and contracting
backgrounds resulting in practical engineering solutions
which complement our design skills.
Through our QA Procedure and Post Completion Survey
we monitor closely the quality of the consultancy
service provided to our clients. We set out to
develop a clear and in depth understanding of our clients’
business and allocate appropriate resources to ensure
that our service level is maintained and where possible
enhanced. We embrace new technologies and we actively
promote developments in areas such as Sustainable &
Renewable Energy whilst encompassing Building Regulation
requirements and changes.
Most of our building services consultancy
work comes to us through a combination of repeat business
and referral and we owe our strong position in the hotel
& leisure sectors to this process. We strive to
ensure that every client will return to us when they
have experienced the quality of our designs and client
service level provided.
