We Partnership provides specialist building services and building physics engineering for hotels and hospitality venues. We design bespoke mechanical, electrical, and public health systems that enhance guest experience whilst optimising operational efficiency. For over 25 years we have worked for many of the mainstream hotel operators and franchisees along with working on a number of smaller boutique hotels on both new build and refurbishment projects. This experience has involved designing MEP on large 700 bedrooms hotels to decarbonising existing hotels to meet science based climate targets.
Residential
We specialise in building services engineering for large residential developments. We design integrated mechanical, electrical, public health and building physics engineering systems that prioritise occupant comfort, safety, and sustainability.
