Welcome Break – Hickling

The project involved the construction of a new services station and drive through for Welcome Break. We undertook the full MEP design of the facilities inclusive of the Energy Modelling to ensure a sustainable approach to the development.

Heating & Cooling to the facility is provided by high efficiency ASHP unit with high efficiency heat recovery ventilation throughout.

Photovoltaic panels have been utilised to offset energy usage with the main amenity building achieving an A+ EPC Rating.
