B&B – Warrington

This is a very interesting client B&B Hotels who have hotels throughout Europe and are now wanting to step into the UK Market.

The project included a refurbishment of an existing hotel following B&B Hotel takeover.

The hotel is situated in Warrington, comprising of 103 Bedrooms, back of house staff areas and Front of house customer areas (Restaurant/Bar).

The project was completed as a contractor D&B Project.

Challenges Compliance with Brand Standards and completing refurbishment with only a limited full hotel shutdown to accommodate primary MEP services replacement​.
