Hub by Premier Inn 5 Strand London

The hotel is a large zero carbon new build Hub by Premier Inn hotel in London located at The Strand Trafalgar Square. The hotel is a Hub by Premier Inn hotel which has smaller rooms perfect for a city centre location. The hotel has nearly 700 bedrooms and very highly efficient building fabric. TLP building physics department have been involved from initial concept design at RIBA Stage 2 to the current Stage 5 design ensuing that the building meets highest standards of energy efficiency. We have produced the Part L BRUKL calculations for this GLA referable planning submission. In addition we produced more detailed operational energy modelling to the CIBSE TM54 standard. We have also contributed all the evidence required for the building physics related credits Ene 01, Ene 04, Hea 04 for the Breeam Outstanding rating.
