JQ Rise – Birmingham

New Build apartment development comprising of 126 No apartments with ground floor amenity and communal spaces. We undertook the full mechanical and electric design of all MEP services with on site monitoring of the installations.

The apartment utilise electric heating and hot water with high efficiency heat recovery MVHR Whole House Ventilation to each apartment. LED Lighting throughout with domestic fire alarm installation to apartments and communal fire alarm system. A full evacuation alarms system is provided. Video Intercom and access controls provided to all apartments.

We were also actively involved in the coordination of the Sprinklers, Wet Riser and Smoke Ventilation life safety system through liaison with the specialist sub contractor.
