Nik joined TLP in 2014 when the company established its dedicated building physics engineering department. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Leeds and prior experience in product development for a major chiller manufacturer, he brought both technical expertise and a deep commitment to sustainability to the role.
As a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor, CIBSE Member, and qualified OCEA/DEA, Nik has been instrumental in designing comfortable, low-energy buildings that balance performance with occupant wellbeing. Under his leadership, the building physics engineering department has grown organically, and he has progressed from manager to Associate Director—continuing to expand both the team and the range of building physics services TLP offers.
